Individuals, Businesses, Government, and Non-Profits are actively using words such as accountability, innovation, social giving, philanthropy, best practices, moderate views, cause partnering, social enterprise, corporate citizenry, venture philanthropy etc. All terms that signifies a unique growth globally. The non-profit board members are now speaking the same terms that were once been used for corporate world and vice versa. HOMELAND as a charity has been created to help guide the way for this new dynamism and approach in developing community housing and mixed development projects!
