Our Mission

Mission:

Homeland engages in developing communities, nationally and globally, in which residents will have access to housing appropriate to their personal circumstances.  It identifies capital resources necessary to develop viable housing projects that will not only assist shelter communities but also create employment and income for the families in the communities they live in.

Aim:

Encourage charity and philanthropy by innovating social wealth origination models to attract participation from wealthy individuals, family businesses and corporate entities for social planned giving and philanthropic participation in our projects.

 Goal:

• Participate with 3^rd party resources as Charity with other non-profits organizations by collaborating in community housing projects that meet the specific community needs
• Participate as Charity to provide assistance to communities with innovative social implementation strategies to create philanthropic ventures to create job and employment opportunities to energize sections of the society to develop self sustaining projects

Objective:

Assist and provide opportunities and capital resources  to develop viable community housing and mixed development projects that will improve quality living

Commitment:

Homeland is committed to providing social equity and to strengthen management resources where necessary for the cause of community housing and job creation needs. It welcomes professionals and their particular expertise to collaborate as our social partners. Homeland is dedicated to developing its projects to become successful and self-sustainable and which model can be replicated elsewhere in order to provide quality housing and quality living everywhere.
