How We Came Into Existence A new connection is beginning to surface globally -- one that is not indicated by race, religion, ethnicity, social status or political affiliation, but one that is bringing together the best of our societies to focus on measurable social returns through a platform of Social Philanthropy. Individuals, Businesses, Government, and Non-Profits are actively using words such as accountability, innovation, social giving, philanthropy, best practices, moderate views, cause partnering, social enterprise, corporate citizenry, venture philanthropy etc. All terms that signifies a unique growth globally. The non-profit board members are now speaking the same terms that were once been used for corporate world and vice versa. Encapsulating, the developing world and beyond, we are working hard to find a balance to combine entrepreneurship with social giving and philanthropy. This gave creation of HOMELAND INTERNATIONAL INC. The initiative is to take Strategic Action to produce Social Impact to practice social philanthropy. HOMELAND, created to help guide the way for this new dynamism and approach! We hope to encourage innovative practices, accountable leadership and are focus on discovering treatments for the many social ills in the third world and beyond to find the equilibrium between those in need and those that aspire to make a difference.
