Homeland Activities - What We Do....
Homeland welcomes inquiries both from public and private stakeholders’
and shall consider any opportunity to assist them in evaluating and applying
philanthropic and social structures and models in the development of housing
communities and mixed development projects. Of special interests are
projects, which address bringing economic, educational and environmental
benefits and values to the communities and countries.
The community housing development is the largest part of our activities.
Homeland provides communities with the professional consultation in the
design, building, co-venture, partnership, financial restructuring, mergers,
acquisitions and plans and schemes worldwide. Special focus shall be always
given to projects in the developing parts of the world and to projects,
which have been deserted, vacant, abandoned or neglected.
Homeland operates under one single organizational umbrella with various
specialized divisions dedicated to particular socially managed enterprises.
Should a particular need arise Homeland shall call on its professional
advisors to create a focus group. The overall strategy is to develop
critical mass but whenever possible to introduce and operate these
semi-independent entities in order to provide focused intellectual and
social creativity in the community development projects.
Homeland is comprised of a seasoned international professional management
team. As social partners it is getting involved in joint ventures with other
international organizations in bringing global synergies and in arbitraging
various social gaps and viable financial operations processes. Homeland
specialized services include:

Homeland has an experienced Board of Directors, advisors and mentors who
have hands-on-experience in most areas of community housing, mixed
development and Real Estate projects; commercial, retail, office,
residential industrial, mixed use, specialized and theme facilities, senior
housing, seniors living, health care projects, wellness centres, educational
facilities, hospitality, leisure and fitness facilities, land and property
development.
Homeland cooperates in rejuvenating and in revamping existing sites
attempts by towns and cities, counties, states and provinces, neglected city
parts and sections. In all of its social investment plans Homeland is
always taking into consideration aspects of the environment, economic,
social and educational aspects in order to enhance overall quality living.

Homeland associates are
professional, socially dynamic, creative and innovative team. The
management team has been recognized internationally for its new and
innovative approaches in building attractive communities, mixed use property
and real estate development projects which incorporate social ideas,
concepts and processes.
Homeland advantage is in its well
researched and innovative social, charitable, philanthropic and non profit
themes, formats and in marketing strategies applying socially responsible
approaches of sharing new initiatives with other socially sensitive groups.
In its social applications
Homeland uses proprietary models and intellectual assets endowed by the
professionals, philanthropist and entrepreneurs.
Homeland encourages others to
share their imagination, experiences, aspirations and mature wisdom. In
collaboration with many other groups it is able to produce many innovative
social models of developing unique community projects, which benefit the
society and community in which it operates.
The board members, advisors and
mentors continuously search globally for new ideas that can bring global
synergy and strategic values to the community development projects. They
strongly believe that providing housing it is just a first step to achieving
person’s self-sufficiency. Whenever possible Homeland endeavours to provide
skills training and establishing community operated places of employment.
Homeland has developed programmes
where existing socially assisted tenants would have an opportunity of
purchasing their housing. This is of special importance in neglected and
economically depressed parts of the world.
In conjunction with other
international NGOs and national authorities Homeland is actively pursuing
community development programmes in: Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New
Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, UK, Canada, USA, South Africa,
Kenya, Israel, Turkey, Germany, Belgium, Argentina, Brazil and the former
Soviet Union.
Homeland is researching community
development projects in: Cuba, Seychelles, Comoros, Maldives, East Timor and
Saint Kitts.
In special cases Homeland would
consider outsourcing particular assignments and projects to professional
consultants and organizations with proven abilities to negotiate with
corporations, municipalities and countries and wishing to divest, carve out
their underutilized assets to Homeland in order to develop charitable
ventures in the underdeveloped communities and in assisting the stakeholders
in fulfilling their aspirations.
Homeland shall also give mandate
to professional firms to source and identify opportunities as matchmakers
between asset holders and entrepreneurs. The investment bankers and Real
Estate consultants are encouraged to source development opportunities in
which charitable attributes can be applied to improving the community in
which their assets are located.
Homeland shall also consider
retaining an M & A firms or professional groups with Real Estate industry
background and experience to assist in locating community housing and mixed
use development projects.
At this time Homeland is
considering several international ventures and is interested in working with
like-minded institutions serving SAARC market (India, Pakistan and
Bangladesh) and already involved in Central and Eastern Europe. The plans
also include certain developing countries in the Far East and in Southern
America.

professionals and retired executives to volunteer their services to assist
us in our ventures and invite applicants who can establish and/or supervise

Homeland
invites investment banking, consulting and professional (IBCP) firms both in
profit and not for profit sector to assist in its objectives and in creating
and sourcing housing, especially in mixed community development projects
through contribution of their resources and/or by them using Homeland
expertise in community development.
Those in non-profit housing may
avail themselves of Homeland services and its expertise in community
projects on either fee-for-services or in special cases provided on
pro-bono basis.
Homeland is cooperating with
other philanthropic organizations and institutions who wish to work on the
social housing and mixed community development projects through Homeland
providing resources such as charitable contribution as social equity,
intellectual equity, mentoring, human resource support, Board Member
participation and social branding.
Homeland will also cooperate with
educational institutions, universities, colleges and schools in order to
establish community and mixed development programs and projects to increase
its income through social resource mobilization, to create programs that
will generate social wealth not only for the institutions but also for the
faculty members, students and other community stakeholders by developing
mixed projects on the campus or in nearby areas.
