Homeland International was established as A Canadian Federally Registered Charitable Organization in 1999 to undertake local and global Community Housing and Mixed Use Development Projects with communities, countries and corporations to address the affordable housing needs of individuals and families through prudent and sound management to create employment, economic prosperity, safe environment, provide education opportunity and social sustainability

Housing is a concern for all. People with secure safe housing create stable safe neighborhoods and communities. That's why, HOMELAND housing programs aren't not meant for just helping individuals - they're meant to help the whole community. HOMELAND has a vision to promote improvements in the range, delivery and quality of housing, and quality of living conditions. HOMELAND strongly believes in the concept that the above factors are all interlinked with the income, financial, economic and monetary condition of a person. In light of this it plans to develop different charitable and philanthropic housing programs to improve these conditions and meet the needs of the communities it serves.

Homeland International Inc Practice and Approach: -

  • HOMELAND welcomes Community development projects to create housing and Mixed Used facilities with various stakeholders to create social and economic opportunities.

  • HOMELAND as a Charity will acquire existing housing and mixed development projects to improve social and economic viability components for the communities.

  • HOMELAND under its charitable mandate will provide incubation project management to create self sustaining models to design, develop, build and operate Community development projects.

  • HOMELAND will offer free practical training program to volunteers, interns, professional individuals and retired executives with future job and employment opportunities under its charitable program. As an equal opportunity provider encourage participation from minorities, women and handicap candidates
