Israil A. Menai
Mr.
Menai
graduated in 1954 with Masters in Law and
International Affairs, Fletcher School of Law, Harvard University. He is
Chairman of Legal and Corporate Affairs Board, Chairman Investors and
Shareholders Committee, Member International Investment Advisory Board,
Finance, Audit and Investment Due Diligence Committees of various client
companies. He has represented four generation of the Shroff family and Sasi
Group of Companies for nearly 50 years. His specializations are Corporate
and International Law, Banking, Civil, Commercial Litigation, Arbitration
and Real Estate Law. Senior Lawyer with well over four decades experience.
Mr. Menai was Associated as advocate with the High Court of Hyderabad Dn. prior to
the Independence in 1947. He operates his own legal practice since 1950 at
the High Court of Sind, Pakistan. Mr. Menai's practice has been concentrated
on the civil side with particular reference to fiscal, commercial, banking
and real estate law, mergers and acquisition matters. The collective
experience of over 50 years thereby allows him to provide a wide scope of
general practice. He has counseled, negotiated and when necessary arbitrate
in each of the area mentioned as to uphold the interest of his clients. His
approach and advice to clients is to find amicable solutions rather than
adopt a litigation route. In his career, he has managed and handled
transactions for clients in substantial nine figures.
Before 1947, he received his M.A. with First
Division and First Position from Madras. Mr. Menai secured first division in
LL.B from Osmania University; Hyderabad Dn. and LL.M in First Division and
first position from the same university. He received Masters in Law
and International Affairs Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Harvard
University, U.S.A. in 1954 and attended courses of International
organization, American, Russian and Near Eastern Diplomacy and International
Trade and Monetary Theories. He also lectures at Law Colleges. Mr. Menai has
attended several courses including International Law held at Peace Palace,
The Hague, and Holland under the auspices of International Court of Justice.
His existing practice now mostly consists of counseling, mentoring, advising
and consulting his clients who have been with him for more than four
decades.

Jeffrey Lam
Mr. Jeffrey Lam is a Senior Information
Technology Consultant with ten years of experience in creating business
solutions for many large enterprises in the financial, insurance, high-tech,
and public sectors. Mr. Lam devotes much of his time in community work. He
served as the president of United Nations Association in Canada, Toronto
Region Branch, in the 2004/2005 fiscal, and as the secretary on the previous
two boards. He is an active volunteer in Toronto’s Asian communities, having
organized many charitable events, business conferences, and youth programs;
as well, in 2004 Jeffrey served as the Area Coordinator of the Ontario
Liberal Party. Born in Hong Kong, he completed his undergraduate studies at
the University of British Columbia, and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and
Mandarin.

Peter Thomas Yee
Mr.
Yee received a Bachelor of Science in Finance & International Business from
the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, and a
Diploma with Honors from Fordham Preparatory School, New York. He has over
10 years experience in real estate and is associated with the third largest
real estate firm in New York, The Charles H. Greenthal Group of Companies,
USA. His experience includes Investments, Human Resource Management, General
Administration, Legal and Sales. Mr. Yee worked as a Strategic Management
Consultant for the theatrical group, thedramaloft, in New York. He is
attached with Cantor-Fitzgerald Relief Fund effort and NYU's Center for
Health Promotions.
Mr. Yee has a remarkable international outlook
as a citizen of the U.S., having traveled extensively from an early age to
more than 100 countries. He has his way around many languages, fluently
speaking Dutch, French, German, Spanish and Italian. During his travels, Mr.
Yee gained an understanding of various cultures, customs and conditions. Mr.
Yee is a member of the Executive Team at Sasi Foundation and participates in
the support and assistance group to establish Sasi Foundation, USA,
advancing its Social Entrepreneurship mission globally.

Michael
Whitehead-Bust
Michael Whitehead-Bust has extensive experience
in both the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors, and has been a part of
the founding team of two for-profit, and one not-for-profit organizations.
Michael utilizes his expertise in financial analysis, business planning,
strategic planning, and fundraising in his consulting work with social
entrepreneurs. He works with not-for-profit clients in all phases of
earned-income generation: idea generation, feasibility studies, business
planning, business launch, and evaluation. His clients range from small
start-up not-for-profits to large corporate entities such as Fidelity
Capital. Michael’s nationally recognized work focuses on blurring the lines
between sectors and transmitting the “best practices” of each to the other.
Michael has also held positions as co-founder of a venture philanthropy
fund, a high school teacher, an outdoor educator, a corporate trainer, a
supervisor at a mutual fund call center, and as a professional woodworker.
Michael has his MBA in entrepreneurship and finance, and has passed the
Level II Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam.
